DivaTack has been an idea in-the-making for a number of years. Once the kids were grown and the house was downsized, it became evident just how much horse stuff had been accumulated over the years. Retired horses, sold horses, new horses, old horses...all of it led to tack no longer being used AND the need for new tack (high quality but reasonably priced). To compound the problem, rider clothing changed as quickly as rider weight changed...leading to riding attire that was no longer being used and the need for new attire (again, high quality but reasonably priced).

Merchandise at the local tack consignment shop seemed over-priced and slow to move. It also had a definite "Western" bias...not that anything is wrong with that, but being a dressage rider, I just was not in that market. I was always amazed at how much stuff all my friends also had accumulated over time. The bottom line is that this "stuff" translates into $$$ just stored away in the closet...items that may be useless to you, but can become someone else's treasure! And, after all, isn't your horse worthy of those $$$ being put to better use?
