U.S. Shipping/Handling*
All shipping/handling charges will be billed on a separate invoice according to our published
table of shipping rates, with the following exceptions. Heavy and oversized items (such as saddles) will
have additional shipping charges, once packaged and weighed, and will be invoiced at the actual cost of shipping/handling. Items
shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may have additional shipping charges, once packaged and weighed, and will be invoiced at the
actual cost of shipping/handling. Orders are normally shipped via FedEx Ground and will generally arrive in 3 to 7 business

shipping costs apply only to the 48 contiguous states. International customers are responsible for the actual price of shipping/handling,
plus all related duties and taxes. International shipments will generally arrive in 2-3 weeks. Expedited orders
received by 12 noon (MST) will be shipped the same day, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. - For additional
shipping charges, we offer Next Day, 2nd Day Air, and 3rd Day Air.
- Expedited shipping costs are based on the weight
and box dimensions.
- Expedited shipping charges are billed on a separate invoice at the actual shipping cost.
Payment Methods
If you are interested in purchasing anything
on this site, you may do so by adding the item to your shopping cart. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express
for online orders.
You may also call 1-800-996-4826 to make an order over the phone. If you use a credit
card, your order will ship immediately. If you pay by personal check, your order will ship after your check clears our bank.
Privacy Policy
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided
by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients.
Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer
for their order.
Important Note
We are not saddle fitters here at DivaTack…we just want to offer
you some great deals on used saddles and other items! As such, there is no warranty or guarantee, implied or otherwise, regarding
the safety and/or soundness of any used saddle (or other item) that is consigned with us. A saddle trial period
of 7 days is allowed on all our saddles. Thank you!!
